Brittney Mesica, Greyson Nutley, Brian Angelo, and Kamek Morser introduced Sploot, a GPS-enabled dog collar paired with a social app specifically designed for dog owners. This pioneering product allows users to track their pets' locations and connect with other dog owners to arrange local playdates. By integrating technology with community engagement, Sploot enriches the social experience for both dogs and their owners, fostering healthier and happier canine companionship.

Rogue Rescue Gear, comprising Vaughn Myers, Phoenix Betoushana, Benjamin Kerr, Camilo Villagrana, and Salvador Ramirez from Rogue Community College, developed a reusable sleeping bag designed to keep campers and homeless individuals warm during cold nights. Using Mylar as the primary insulation material, their design aims to keep costs low while maintaining compactness and effectiveness. This practical innovation addresses a critical need for warmth and comfort in challenging conditions. Alex DeNuzzo and Farjad Andrianina Madataly created ICE, a social signifier device paired with a companion app. Ice is designed to help users break the ice and make new friends in person by providing visual cues and interactive features. This innovative product facilitates real-world social interactions, making it easier for people to connect and build relationships in today's digital age.
